Quick introduction. Establish credibility immediately. Why are you in the top 300?
2. The Moonshot (60s)
Your unconstrained ambition. Show you think massive. What is the paradigm shift you want to cause?
3. The Vibe Demo (90s)
The core. Show actual working software. Highlight UX, micro-interactions, and the "magic" moment.
